It's a tree brush.
This type of brush has four gray patterns, two sets of the normal version reversed version. The reversed version has the opposite direction of the shadow.
If you want to change the tone, take a selection in the select color gamut, turn off the gray now, and replace it with a different tone.
Draw → selection → cut out → replace the cropped layer with the one you like

トーンを変えたい人は、色域選択で選択範囲をとって、今のグレーを消し、別のトーンに差し替えましょう。
描く→選択範囲を取る→切り抜く→切り抜いたレイヤーを好きなものに差し替える
