A single pose that perfectly* joins to a duplicate. (you might need to readjust the hands on this one.) It’ll take a couple of tries to angle them right but just keep rotating until the hands fit. Just copy-paste the model, Press the Flip horizontally button, and rotate until Hands connect. Sorry about the upper shoulder, I had to bend it weird in order to get that angle in the arm.
