10/24 update I added a sketch mood tone & the change of the sample video.

It is an atmosphere brush to draw the effect of the sketch quickly.
The moire is difficult to come out even if repeated tone because it is a sketch, you can use even in monochrome binary value in gray.
Because it has been without white, the picture below has become not transparent.
It becomes dramatic when I protrude it from the frame of the scene and use it.
If you want to be transparent, use "multiply" or "opacity is converted to luminance".
In addition to the four species brush Sketch of the main ,
I also added a brush and a thing that made a seamless tone of each brush as a by-product. ( Maybe this is more versatile ... )

There is also a trick usage that can reduce the concentration of the drawing while keeping a sketch.
( The concentration of the white part decreases, too )

前素材をダウンロード済みの方は無料で追加素材をダウンロードできます。
点描の効果が手早く描ける雰囲気ブラシです。
点描なのでトーンと重ねてもモアレが出にくく、グレースケールでもモノクロ二値でもお使いいただけます。
白抜きしてあるので下の絵柄が透けないようになっています。
コマの枠線からはみ出させて使うとグッとドラマチックになります。
透過させたい場合は「乗算」や「不透明度を輝度に変換」で。
メインの点描ブラシ4種の他に、
副産物としてできたほわブラシと、それぞれのブラシをシームレスのトーンにした物もおまけでつけました。(もしかしたらこっちの方が汎用性高いかも…)

不透明度を下げると、
点描を保ったまま描画の濃度を下げられる裏技的な使い方もあります。
(白抜き部分の濃度も下がってしまいますが)
紙への出力も確認済み。
