Because I made it for ComicStudio, it is solid black (character, transparent except the edge of the tape), but can also be used in IllustStudio.
Because it is suitable for such as the spacing of the character, anything is good for people if you can draw.

警察が立ち入り禁止の場所に巻くアレです。
コミスタ用に作ったので黒一色（文字、テープのフチ以外は透明）ですが、イラスタでも使えます。
文字の間隔とかそういうの適当なので、描ければなんでもいい人向けです。
