As a result of working hard... it is quite subtle.

Drag and drop the downloaded material from the material palette onto the auto action palette.
The thickness of the border is four species: " 2px" "3px " "5px" "10px".
Perform the action while selecting the layer you want to border.
The color of the border is the color of the drawing.
Note that the color of the border is one color, even if the layer uses multiple colors.
The boundary is created as a separate layer.
If necessary, adjust the color after the action is taken.
It is very weak for blurred fills or thin fills of concentration...
You may be able to use it for Paki anime.

ダウンロードした素材を[素材]パレットから[オートアクション]パレットにドラッグアンドドロップしてください。
境界の太さは”2px””3px””5px””10px”の4種です。
境界を付けたいレイヤーを選んだ状態でアクションを実行してください。
境界線の色は描画色を使用します。
そのためレイヤーに複数色使われていても、境界の色は1色なので注意してください。
境界は別レイヤーとして作成されます。
アクション実行後に、必要に応じて色の調整を行なってください。
ぼかしの入った塗りや濃度の薄い塗りにはとても弱いです…
パキっとしたアニメ塗りには使えるかもしれません。
「上手くいったらラッキー」ぐらいに思ってください。
