This is a ribbon brush material that can depict an outpouring of current.
To produce a light emitting sample, duplicate layer you draw a layer of blur (set the combine mode to "Add (light)") and do not apply blur layers (combine mode is set to "overlay").

作例のように発光している演出をするには、描画したレイヤーを複製し、ぼかしを適用したレイヤー(合成モードを「加算(発光)」に設定)とぼかしを適用していないレイヤー(合成モードを「オーバーレイ」に設定)を数枚重ねます。
